The only thing this building lacks is better amenities. The building manager, Gerard, is great and super responsive to issues and keeping everyone informed.

Decent spot in a great neighborhood. Loud neighbors however, especially if your unit is facing the courtyard. Amenities are non-existent and there is constant work on the apartment which is both a pro and a con
