9400 Exposition

I like the location of this building, fairly quiet. I like the security parking. However, I think this old building is way, way, way overpriced for what its worth. No amenities whatsoever, the bare, asphalt courtyard looks like a jail courtyard with no plants, nothing. WHY THE YEARLY RENT INCREASE as there is NO update of the older units or the building itself. GREED at its best!!!!

we lived here for an entire year and NEVER met our properly manager. the garage is not secure nor safe. the “updated units” arent worth what theyre charging. the washer & dryers are cosntanrly not working. the front gate wqs never updated with out names or with our number, it was also constanly left open. i have never not had my sec deposit returned. they took $750 from our $2500 deposit. without any explanations. i would never rnet from this company again.

Ridiculously overpriced!! Building is old, original units are falling apart, termites, peeling paints, etc Updated units are grossly overpriced and other than paking, there are absolutely NO amenities of any kind. Courtyard looks like a cemented prison yard with no plants or any type of beautification. And more importantly.......why is it now an automatic practice to raise rent every single year??? You are not doing much repairs, not raising staff's wages, so why the greed? Overall, way overpriced rent which is why you have 20% vacancy most of the time. Apparently, long term tenancy is not much appreciated and frequent re- rentals are more economic?

Older building but quiet and clean. I think, rent is too high considering there are absolutely no amenities and one is basically living in a " concrete like " environment. Very bare, no homey feeling to the place. Could use some plants like we had before new management.

Updated interior is great! We wish we had an in-unit washer and dryer. The location is very close to downtown Culver city which is great, but also very close to a few homeless camps.

Building is going under rehab as they are upgrading units to rent it at ridiculous/inflated prices. current tenants have to put up with frequent water shut offs, extreme noise and dust and non-working laundry facilities. Current "manager" doesn't even return calls when there is an issue. Not a happy, friendly environment to live in.
