As the title says I've been here 7 years. The location in LA is spectacular, I'm 20 minutes from everywhere I need to be. Beach? Twenty minutes there. Hollywood? Fifteen minutes. Downtown? Ten minutes! The building is great, my unit is homely and I've made it my own. Management is quick to respond to issues and maintenance is friendly and trustworthy. Parking can be an issue, but you can get a space within a couple blocks. I've got to know all the tricks, so long as you get up early enough, you can park anywhere. Washing machines in the basement are easy, just don't overload them. Sometimes the front can have other people dump their the trash and junk, but management makes sure it gets cleared timely enough. The street is one of those in Ktown that is very well watered and clean. This building has mainly families, young couples and singles. The walkability of the area is fantastic. Coffee shops, and restaurants, and bars are all within 4 blocks. Ralps? Three blocks. Jons? Three blocks. Anyway, I'll hopefully be here for a while longer, I love the place. I can't recommend it enough.
