Management provides little to no care for their tenants. When reached out to Suzannah offers little to no response. Living standards at this complex is bare minimum, many parts of the complex are not up to code. Tenants wont get any notice when water/heat is turned off in addition to loud construction within the unit starting at 7am. This complex is falsely advertised, mentions they include parking spaces when in reality they use some of them for their own storage and others for tiny studio apartments instead of offering them to their tenants as they advertised. Even after many complaints from the tenants, the property manager has made little to no effort to accommodate simple living standards.

I have lived here for almost a year and the lack of communication between building management and residents is absolutely ridiculous.

Poor maintenance The building is not being taken care of properly and violates a lot of city regulations.

Location is great, but building is poorly maintained and managed. Renovations are not done well. Everything is just patched. Was told I was going to have parking (that i paid for ) and never got a parking spot.
