Besides living by the police station and hearing sirens every now and then.. this is a pretty quiet area. Clean also.

The location is pretty good, it’s in heart of Hollywood, so easy to go anywhere. On the other hand, it’s very noisy, you can hear everything what your neighbors do, especially ones who are up from you, I hear fighting every single day! Plus many people smoke pot and cigarette in the elevator and on my floor as well. The manager doesn’t do a good job, it’s incompetent, she doesn’t know how to deal with problems and with workers, she has low energy and seems like she doesn’t understand the idea of managing people and building. That’s a huge problem. For example, my fire place hasn’t been fix for 2 years!!!! I’ve been sending invoices but it seems like the manager keeps it not as her priority. She also removed a trash can next to the mail box and in the garage P1, which is not really smart, so many people just throw papers on the table or on the floor or anywhere they can, and also in the garage I see some bottles or juice plastic glasses just left there. When I complained about it and told her, she said that the worker who cleans the building complained about it that he doesn’t make enough money to clean these trash baskets! (It didn’t seem like the truth!) I haven’t move out only because this apt is close to my work and also I hate to move.
