The location is amazing on Lexington off of Vine, it's centrally located in Hollywood, but tucked away on a quiet residential street. The building has studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, AC, assigned garage parking, onsite building manager, onsite laundry and pool. Sorry, but we don't allow pets.

Good value

I've lived hear for 18 months and have had an overall positive experience. Gated parking, size of the unit, and the staff make the apartment feel like a good enough value despite the location and lack of other amenities. Security and noise are the primary areas for improvement for me. While these are a concern, they do not occur often.

Great place!

I really like living here! It's very quiet and most tenants are either small families or young people, so I feel comfortable and safe! The only thing I wish was different is to have two parking spots, as my sister and I both have cars, and one of us always has to street-park. Other than that, I've enjoyed it here!

Great place for a great price!

A great place to live! Well maintained and super sweet staff. Only noise complaint I have is the early morning trash trucks and lawn mowers on Lexington.
