The value is great and the maintenance and support team are super responsive and nice. The property is a bit noisy from SM Blvd but that's to be expected. The location is excellent and convenient for getting to most places on the west side of LA. Doors/gates on the parking would increase my rating, or a lower price per month for parking would also increase my rating.

I'm an Angeleno and I love these fringe neighborhoods. They're not trying to be anything, and you're super close to everything. The property is sick and affordable, the only downside is the ambient noise from Santa Monica Blvd but the people here are great and they really take care of the place.

Apparently they dont offer permits to park on the street if you live at this property. So I have gotten parking tickets for parking right outside my apartment. We have tried to get passes but nothing has happend.
