Definitely a gem

I was living in East Hollywood under the same company (ROM) but they turned the co-living units into standard lease apartments, so we had to move out. I was pretty bummed initially because I liked the place. I started searching for another co-living place but couldn't find anything in my budget. I didn't think I could afford a studio pr 1 bedroom but when I took the tour here, I fell in love. Everything is new, I have an entire wall of windows for great light, big balcony, lots of storage (was a big concern), the garage is connected (another concern for safety coming home late), the bathroom is gorgeous with a huge tub, big walk in closet, and most of all the staff (Athur!) has been SOOOO helpful and kind. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants from Thai to shawarma. Lots of stores nearby too, including Trader Joes 3 minutes away, Target (I haven't let myself go in yet because I don't trust my willpower, haha), Home Depot, gas station with car wash, and the 101 is right there. Highly recommend.
