The location is centrally located, and not a bad area for Hollywood. Having a detached kitchen for a studio and plenty of storage given the square footage. Liking it thus far!

The location is convenient because the 101FWY is close by. The new laundry machines are great! I live here for 5 years and was doing my laundry elsewhere before. Parking situation is caos because tenants alow guests to park in empty spots and if not really empty it creates inconveniences. The parking gate is old and needs constant maintenance. The doors that access the building through the parking lot are always unlocked which doesn't add safety. Anyone that manages to get in the building through the parking gate, can easily access the floors. I would advise to change the doors, they slam shut and the tenants that live in the apartments close by break the junctions so the doors don't make noise when closing. Sometimes the water is shut off without previous notice. You asked! I hope it helps to improve our living here. Thank you!
