Living in my apartment building has been a joy. The prime location in Thai Town and Los Feliz offers easy access to Thai street food, amenities, and Griffith Park. The well-designed apartment, top-notch amenities, and friendly community make this place feel like home. The staff's exceptional service and prompt maintenance add to the overall excellence. Highly recommended for a convenient and enriching living experience.

The building itself is very old and is lacking maintenance and cleaning. Neighbors are good but the building foundation is so thin that allows all possible noises to be heard. The apartment flooring is super loud and completely uneven. Maintenance takes forever to come (for example, I have been having issues with the power in my unit and no one came to check up and fix, also it has been 2 months that my stove does not work and no one came to fix it as well). Rent is cheap but utilities are a little pricey for what is offered.
