Washer overflowed and all the water went into my unit. And my rent was raised. And cost for washing and drying keeps going up. :)

I love my apartment, however the building needs some serious updates and maintenace work. The carpets in the hallways and lobby need to be replaced. It needs to be painted asap, the garbage chutes need sealing and the elevator might pissibly be the slowest elevator in California. They have done a great job renovating the units, but the building needs some serious work.

The communal areas need a serious refurb. The carpets are gross, the walls need repainting and overallt building security needs to be way better. My actual apartment is fine, but the rest of building is delapadated to say the least….
