Central in LA, noise from La Brea, poor management

Location in Mid-City central to many other parts of LA and right off of I-10. Lots of noise from La Brea as bedroom windows face the street. Appliances were new as of 3/2021. Small bathroom. Rent was increased after moving to month-to-month. Management is otherwise slow to respond and difficult to coordinate repairs or solve issues with (e.g. replacing incorrectly issued mailbox key, replacing washer/dryer, replacing broken closet door). Property grounds, stairs, etc are not regularly cleaned. Lawn maintenance (front of building) is weekly.

Has it's good and bad points

Amenities great as everything's new. Noise from the street is constant. Good luck on maintenance requests as they can take months and multiple tries to get done.
