Very noisy street Parking is tricky if you don't have a designated spot Good amenities in the building -- AC and laundry Fixtures need to be updated

great location and great property manager

but everything else could be better. still waiting on maintenance to repair a big leak on my wall. parking situation has been bad and ive asked for help, never got it. the laundry machine still stains clothing.
