Great place to live. I can see myself here for a long time! The pool is clean, grounds are kept. It's quiet. Close to everything I love and affordable.

Living here has been straightforward, however the plumbing issues and lack of maintenance and upkeep leave the building far from its glory days. Some capital investment to beautify would go a long ways.

but everything else could be better. still waiting on maintenance to repair a big leak on my wall. parking situation has been bad and ive asked for help, never got it. the laundry machine still stains clothing.

Won't replace carpet after 10 years. Won't renew old windows. No insulation. Repairs take forever to happen and workers cause damages to units
