Finally found a home in LA

I found this spot right before the pandemic. After a decade of overpaying for rent, bouncing from place to place, I found an affordable spot with a ton of sq feet, friendly neighbors, and a place I feel secure staying until its time to take on a mortgage. Of course it is not perfect but everything is fair value and Lido has always taken care of any of my apartment needs in prompt response. Did I mention that many of the other tenants in my building have stayed for over a decade because its such a hidden gem.

Best Apartment I have had in Los Angeles

This place is wonderful value. It has been my favorite apartment since moving to Los Angeles 8 years ago. I intended on keeping it until purchasing. Pipes leak but maintenance and staff are quick and efficient!
