The area is very nice excelent location

I’ve lived here since 2017 and my experience living here has significantly gotten worse in the past two years. One particular neighbor causes so much noise at all hours of the day with their puppy that barks and cries constantly and children stomping, running, and crying which we hear everyday. I can’t even work from home or relax in my apartment anymore. It also seems like the complex is not being regularly maintained as it used to be. It’s difficult to get a hold of management.

Living here is great, except for one neighbor. The loudest, most inconsiderate, borderline disrespectful. From 5am-7am or 10pm-12am is when the most noise happens. Music, kids, dog all at once. #15

I am tenant at 409 S Manhattan pl apt 29 Los Angeles California I wondering if is possible to fix below the zinc because there’s a hole and we believe that we have a mise which is insane hope youcan help us on tha issue and also I want a report the main door of the building is broken which is insecure any one can come in and come out.
