I've lived at Marina Palms for years and it's a great location in the heart of Mar Vista. Building has an elevator and new, secure mailboxes. Garage parking available at the front and rear gated entrances of the complex. New apartment manager is dedicated to making the building a better, safer, living space. Apartments are spacious and is a quiet community. Garage doors are loud and creaky but they will hopefully the noise will be corrected soon.

I've lived at Marina Palms for over 10 years and love it here. Mar Vista's a great neighborhood with plenty to do within walking/biking distance and there are several community events (Mar Vista Farmer's Market, MV Art Walk, The Venice Fest, etc..). The facility has underground parking and a coin/app operated laundry room on site which is crucial living in LA. Apartments are spacious and get plenty of light- I especially love the open kitchen for easy entertaining. The gas fireplace also adds a cozy feel, which most West LA rentals tend to lack. Very conveniently located to the 10 & 405 freeways and minutes from Venice Beach, Culver City, and Marina Del Rey.
