Easy living in the heart of Culver City.

I lived in the apartment for over two years. The location is nice and close to a lot that is walkable. The maintenance comes very fast and I loved that a parking spot was secure was included. HOWEVER, it is incredibly noise. The walls are paper thin!! You will hear full conversations from neighbors while you are in your own home. It was constant banging and yelling coming from my neighbors. A sound machine didn't even help or anything being on full volume. To drown out the people and the animals (they will be noisy all hours of the day/night since mostly everyone has pets). I wish I was being dramatic, but it was unbearable. A lot of people in the complex smoke so you apartment will smell like it even if they claim it's "smoke free". It seeps under the door and in the vents. What kept me is the rent was cheap and the location. But I wish I had moved out long ago.
