I love living at Venue, the amenities are amazing and the staff working there are great! It can get noisy from the streets even with the thick windows. Also, my parking spot is not in the building and is an inconviniece to walk there.

The building is nice. Amenities are great. Parking is tight and tandem. Floors are built in such a way that noise carries below. We have two kids and just their normal walking disturbs the neighbor below and we have been getting a lot of complaints against us. If u have small kids best to be on 3rd floor with nobody below you or it would be torture for the neighbor below and the kids

Everything has been great aside from after hours gym noise (even after a notice was sent out) and tenants being very lazy about trash. I have come to find several trash bags just sat on top of the dumpster lids and I very frequently find the recycling bin full because one person threw out two boxed and failed to break them down. Aside from this, no real complaints at all. Nice place, nice staff, all in all no real problems.

I have lived for 6 months at venue. I really like the amenities and the staff is amazing. The only downside is the parking which is not in the building but is 3 minutes away. For the price, I'd expect parking in the building.
