I have been blessed with living here for nearly three years. The staff is prompt and courteous and when service is needed there is little argument. Highly recommended for families!

Honesty

Service is slow. Interpersonal connection rare. Disruptions rampant. Circuit breakers and dishwashers constantly break and there is minimal competent attention . But when the feds pay for the installation of EV chargers to drain the outdated power..then lido jumped at it. If you are rarely home don’t cook and drive an electric or hybrid you’ll be fine. Beyond that-/well it slightly beats homelessness
