The building is from the 80's, so it's old, but is architecturally charming and not an ugly post-war 60s multiunit building from the 60s, that's very typical in LA. Ample, protected parking. Unique super-tall lofted apartment spaces with private patios (which is super rare), and really close walking distance to Culver Boulevard. Fair price for LA.

The actual properties that lido manages are some of the better in the LA area. Many have all of the amenities you'd want in a unit like washer/dryer, central heat and AC, parking, gated entry. I've lived in my building/ unit for over a decade, which is abnormal, but i love the location and the layout. Maintenance is quick. The hardest part is the leasing office, which have strict policies and are not the easiest to get in touch with. I haven't had to talk to them since before the pandemic though so I'm not sure if that has improved. Overall at my building at least I've been satisfied enough to stay!
