Most everything about here is good. Except the upper management. They don't know anything about the building & it doesn't seem like they care. All the maintenance workers are great. But the higher ups are not at all. That's all I'm going to say.

I love our area, it's one of the best places to be in LA. Our management company is awful though, you really have to hound them over & over & over in order to get them to do anything for you. The garage door broke & they didn't fix it til the next day. The water heater broke & it didn't get fixed til the next day. Imagine if this had happened where Lido Management lives, they would have had it fixed it hours. All of the engineers that work for Lido are great, it's just the management that is simply awful. I'm absolutely positive I'm not the first one to say this & I know for sure that I won't be the last one either.
