Have lived here for 2.5 years. Relatively quiet living with no hassle from management. Appreciate the swift action from management when maintenance is (very rarely) required. Highly recommend.

It's a nice location for being close to downtown Culver City. There IS a lot of noise from the highway but isn't bothersome. The high ceilings and loft apartments are great and spacious. Maintenance is quick and everyone generally keeps to themselves. Parking is fine, but the spots are extremely tight for a mid-size car or bigger.

This apartment is a great value and location. Maintenance can be a hit or miss. I've requested a few things during my lease and sometimes maintenance wasn't able to fix it.

My partner and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love it. It is in a good location with kind and quiet neighbors and easy access to a washer/dryer plus pool. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks are that the washer/dryer area has no coin exchange which means if you want to wash you have to pull rolls of quarters from your nearest bank every time you want to do laundry and the driers often fail to completely dry the clothes. Maintenance requests do take a while to get around to which is a problem for more immediate issues that are not emergencies. Parking is TIGHT and we received a spot right next to the concrete wall which means getting in and out can be a struggle for longer/wider cars and I have seen a few scrapes because of this. Just some things to keep in mind. Other than that, there is a fair amount of natural light and it is within walking distance of Vons, the gas station, and downtown Culver which is very convenient!

The location is great but other buildings with the same location are way better. It's overpriced for what it is. Despite the 1 bedrooms being a good size they are SO BADLY made that the building should be a bit embarrassed. Everything is always falling apart, the hinges, knobs, handles, drawers, etc. Nobody takes the time to actually fix anything properly. I've already sustained several injuries as a result of the property being so badly built and maintained and will be out asap !
