Lived Here for Years

Grateful to have found my apartment many years ago! The building itself can use better upkeep -- after 5+ years it's time for new carpets in the building and in the units to maintain the value of the building. There have been a few problems in the past with untidy residents and roaches -- thankfully that seems to have gone away and I pray the problem does not come back!! Maintenance is timely and efficient, I appreciate their work and diligence. I've never had a problem with loud neighbors (although I've never shared a wall with a tenant who has a dog or a child, so that's been lucky!).
