All of our Portland Villa homes include hardwood floors, granite countertops, A/C, and stainless steel kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher*). All floor plans are renderings and not exact. A non-refundable $55 application fee is required for all applicants 18 or over. Residents are responsible for all utilities including water, sewer, and trash.
