Max weight 50 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per residence. There is a refundable $500 deposit for each pet. Exotic animals such as fish, hamsters, birds, turtles, and rabbits are allowed. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. Fees only apply to cats and dogs. 2599 Alsace is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $55 per pet per month. There is also a refundable $500 deposit required for each pet. There is a 50 lb weight limit for dogs and aggressive breeds are not allowed. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
