Its a nice place, location its ok, the neighborhood has gotten better, the neighbors are fine, lived here anlong time, ne er had any problems with anyone, everyone is helpful, building is kind of old, but a lot of the buildings around here are the same.

Overpriced, under maintained, noisy, and pests everywhere.

Good place, but place needs a refresh, everything is old, wireing building has cracks.. and neighbors never complain because they are afraid of thier rent goign up if they ask for this kind of building refreshments or upgrades. I guess everything is fine, until were ready to leave this place. But everywhere in l.a. rent is expensive AF…so we put up with this. I wrotr my review ,now can i pay my rent!?
