I love this building and everything about it. I think couple of things could be easily upgraded.. for example the viewing area of the canyon past the parking lot could be upgraded and built into a nice lounge area to admire the beautiful views. Jacuzzi upgrade would be ideal. The water in the pool could be upgraded to heated. WE NEED ELECTRIC CARS CHANGES!!!

Hi, first of all I am very grateful to be living in this beautiful place. I love everything about it! If we could also have EV chargers, that would be so fantastic! Also, it would be great if you could develop the lookout view area by the palm trees in the back of the building into a comfortable sitting area for tenants to relax in a nature and admire the stunning views.

Staff is lazy when it comes to maintaining the great amenities. At first appearance it seems like a steal, but then you realize that the building has issues that you have to personally cater to. Grateful regardless to be here.
