Nice enough apartment in a good location

The location is amazing, and rent control is great. The place is reasonably affordable for the area. Wish there was outdoor space, or patios or a pool, but that cant be helped. The apartment manager is nice and helpful. I never wait long for repairs

great place to live

I've lived here for 6 years. The building has all the amenities: secure building, secure parking, laundry room, manager on site and spacious apartments. It is well maintained and the people who live here are both quiet and nice. No problem neighbors! It is also in a central location, within walking distance of pretty much everything in Los Feliz.

I've only lived here about a month but we have a lot of space in our apartment for the price and everything is decently-maintained, even if it's a little old.

Good place to live

I've lived here about 4.5 years - I really like it for the most part. The location is amazing, I love having a parking place, and I appreciate all the improvements they're currently doing. The laundry room could use an upgrade - the machines are old and smell kind of moldy and frequently break down or leak - it would be nice to have that be fixed. The staff is super helpful and whenever I've had an issue they address it right away.
