No complaints about LIDO Properties BUT big complaint about Spectrash cable. Realize that Spectrash will bill you monthly and DOES NOT PRO-RATE final bill to reflect actual usage. If your billing month is the 7th to the 6th and you cancel on the 8th - you will pay for a month less one day even though you only use it for that one day of your final month. Who would turn off cable before vacating a location? You should or you'll get hosed. Think of how much money Spectrash rakes in with this lame policy. And, Spectrash will pollute your mailbox with all sorts of "great" deals which turn out to be trash (hence the name) once you read the fine print. Cable companies are of the attitude "we're your cable provider - we don't care, we don't have to" just like the "phone" company used to be. Plus, the Spectrash bill increases by 50% or more after the special pricing is over - exactly 1 year after signing up. And, it is slow, slow, slow compared to telco - the ads touting Spectrash speed compare it to DSL but imply it is in comparison to FIOS. Connection happens if it is working but it drops at least once a day. Cable ISPs are garbage and Spectrash is garbage squared. Bottom line - check what online ISPs are available before signing a lease and if it's Spectrash, definitely know you are gonna get ripped off. They are simply grifters and we're the marks.
