Beautiful, but slightly overpriced

1760 Wilcox ave in Hollywood is a wonderful place, although it doesn't have a few needed amenities. Idealy they should prop the price by $150-200

Need elevator fixed asap

Its been over a year and the elevator is still out kf service yet our rent is being raised once again. Also the washer and dryers need replaced. Half they time the loads are soaking wet and takes forever for the dryer to dry the clothes.
