Old Amenities

The garage is really dark. The laundry room is stuffy. It gets extremely hot during the summer. There are only three washing machines, and it's definitely not enough for so many units here. Sometimes one or two of them are broken, and it takes a long time to be fixed. The machines are way too old and need to be changed. Many maintenance tasks are not done properly, it's hard to accept the rent increase.

Best bang for my buck

Everyone in the building is so kind, its centrally located and extremely walkable. The pool area could use some work and appliances and cabinetry updated. But overall I really enjoy living here
