Great location

I live in this apartment building for 12 years. It’s a nice central location closed to Beverly Hills. Most of the maintenance done relatively quickly. The parking space is not sufficient(very small). Overall, area is peaceful and quiet. I would recommended to move in.

Elevator is not working for almost two months.

The area is ok. However, fixing some things are taking forever. Old elevator which is not working properly continuously should be replaced. Instead, I just hear promises that a company orders parts. It’s really hard to climb stairs back and forth if you have knee problem especially with groceries. The elevator is old and never worked properly.
