Parking can be a bit rough, however units inside are amazing and in great condition. No real loud noises.

Love the location and the apartment itself as it's well designed and fits our needs almost perfectly. The place is perfectly lit and has a great view. Kitchen appliances are of high quality. Rent is too high for the area though, and management is not as responsive as we'd like it to be (fixing issues takes too long). Washing machines are old and only operated by coins. The street can sometimes be noisy (lots of ice cream trucks...)

Hello all, I have been living at this apartment for passing 4 years now. In that time I haven't had to many maintenance issues & the few times I did it was taken care of as soon as the same day at the latest very promptly. The management actualy seems to be genuinely nice & are really easy to communicate with making everything much easier for me, I'm sure you all know what its like when your management doesn't respond or is not available, I am pretty happy to say that has not been the experience here which is largely why I've stayed so long. As for the unit its basically perfect for me the open layout makes it feel big and it's central in LA I work in downtown which is 3 to 15 minutes away yes 3 minutes depending on what side of town you're trying to reach & Beverly Hills and the west side is between 10 minutes and 25 minutes away Santa Monica being 25 minutes away.
