I'm a long term resident here on poinsettia place. The owner and his mangers have made consistent efforts to maintain and improve the property they are good people to deal with. The location is prime

The property manager is very responsive and chill. The area is great, a little rough once you hit sunset and la brea but Poinsettia itself is calm and walkable. The price is a bit high for what youre getting, the unit is showing its age, the building looks pretty rundown from the outside, sometimes there will be trash on the streets. Overall I enjoy living here but its got issues!

Overall it is nice place to live. Neighbors in the building are quiet and respectful people. The units are well maintained, the management is very attentive. The location is great.
