Yes, this isn’t a great location and the units are a good size, but the owners are driving the building into the ground. The manager has no control and the building is in serious need of a remodel. No amenities whatsoever and more often than not, it’s easier for you to fix things than to have maintenance show up days after submitting your request. Entrance doors are often broken, allowing homeless in off the street. It’s relatively clean, but the decor makes everything look dingy. The owners just want your money and charge for things you don’t use.

The place is well located. The manager is a nice lady who is always willing to help. The problem is the owners of the building. They never want to update to modern trends like installing chargers for EV drivers. Also, we want to have a different internet provider than Spectrum and the owners won't authorize the installation of a satellite on the roof of the building. Finally, a few months ago they decided to charge us utilities, out of nowhere when that was not on our lease agreements and it turned out to be against some California regulation. Now, we are still waiting for them to adjust our rent charges to compensate for the utility amounts charged. Lots to be done by the owners!
