Good value but could be better with better management

I have been leaving at 123 N Mariposa Ave for 2 years. It's a nice community and the residents are very nice. Rent is also good value compared to the rest of K-Town. However, the property manager, Daniel, doesn't do a good job with the upkeep of the building. The cleaning is sporadic and the appliances such as laundry machines aren't well maintained, the laundry room is always never cleaned. Daniel is also not responsive, he almost never pics up his phone, it seems he expects text messages as he will respond to those but won't return calls. I have asked other residents and they have had similar experiences with Daniel.
