Great place to live. Great location for me because its close to the 101 and at the same time close to where the action is Hollywood. Its great that I a parking spot and have center air. Street parking can be difficult and needs permit for overnight parking. There are a few unhoused camps around the area. Overall a great place to live!

Could be better place. Security systems, laundry area and laundry machins needs to be updated.

The location is good and the staff is great and reliable, but the bigger problem is with amenities, laundry day has to be always properly planned in advance, because even though there are several wash/drier machines , most of the time several of them don't work and it creates a waiting line with tenants, which force people to remove each other's clothes and leave them on top of machines so everyone can get the laundry done. Also I have been living in the building for 10 years, and I have only seen the Jacuzzi working about 5 or 6 days during the entire time I am a resident here, to be fair with the residents, there should be a discount in the rent amount since we are paying for amenities there are rarely available.

Lived here for 2 years moving in at the beginning of 2021. Found a great price for a studio and enjoyed my time here. Management was helpful and unobtrusive. Neighbors are for the most part quiet. Good experience for bachelor lifestyle.

I have had many maintenance problems in my apartment over the years, a few were the exact the problem that keeps happening over and over again, at least once a month we have problems with laundry and drying machines are out of service, and the elevator near my apartment is also out of service at least once a month, I have had a few packages stolen, the hot tub NEVER WORKS, the water is always cold and it should be hot, but the location is good.

Lived here almost a year now, elevators always breaking down, pool never open, manager not as responsive, something is always breaking down
