So far it’s been a great living experience. A few maintenance mishaps which were taken care of quickly also.

Culver Blvd. Location

I had a third floor apartment that I shared with one roommate and would say I was mostly satisfied with my time leasing it. Having a private rooftop was wonderful, and the high ceilings made the apartment feel very spacious. My main complaint is that it seemed like everything broke all the time. When there was heavy rain, the roof leaked and there was water damage that they just painted over. One time maintenance was required to come fix some issue reported by management, and they left a gaping square hole in our kitchen for three weeks. It was legit a giant hole that cut into the dry wall. They've left the apartment messy more than once. We probably submitted 10+ work orders while staying there, but they did get to everything in a timely manner. Aside from the homeless tents on the sidewalk outside, the location is nice. 10 mins from beach and 10 mins from downtown Culver.
