I love living in this building. All of the tenants are so sweet and the landlord is awesome. I feel really safe in this neighborhood and building!

11347 Nebraska is hands down the nicest place I've ever lived in LA. While sometimes, if you listen for it, you can hear the hum of the 405; nothing beats having a well-kept 2 bed 2bath in the heart of Sawtelle. Whether it's a day in or a day out, 11347 Nebraska is a great place to call one's own.

Love living here! Secure, convenient and well maintained. Building is constantly being improved. Area has fantastic restaurants and shops nearby, also a walker’s (and runner’s) paradise. Conveniently centralized to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Venice and Brentwood.

Really great property and unit (First Floor 1BR). Lacks any remarkable amenities but the new washing machine and dryers are working really well compared to the old ones. Also the new lighting in the parking garage is much appreciated. Very few maintenance issues encountered, but when needed it is always quick and efficient. Maurice has been a great point of contact while living here. My one thing I would improve is that the dirt lining between our building and the street is really ugly. Fresh grass would completely change the look of this building. most of the other buildings in Sawtelle have at least some grass here and even some trees.
