I recently moved in and have been living here for a month now

The building has the best and attentive building manager. She is so kind and helpful which makes this building stand out from the past. Is it the most updated, no? But it's cozy and pricing is great. The neighborhood is safe and great location. Parking, it's a pain in the behind but still better than a lot of other properties.

Great location, 24hr laundromat next door, tacos galore at almost every corner, local markets, near the 101 fwy and subway train station. It’s an older building which, naturally it comes with its creeks and cracks, perhaps a makeover with some maintenance would help but overall it’s cozy, with friendly tenant and landlord, all utilities included and a good price for a great size space.

This apartment is lovated in the heart of East Hollywood. The apartment is cozy and the manager is sweet but theres no parking and the struggle fonding parking every eveing coming jome from work is unsettling especially once you find a good parking spot and remembering you have to go to the store because chances of that spot still being there are 99.9% unlikely it will be. The neighbors are polite and quiet but living in East Hollywood it’s a given the late night street noise is there. The price for a unit is reasonable considering you get what you pay for. The location is great! You're walking distance from Hollywood, Griffeth Park, and plenty of places to shop or walk around and experience. The fwy entrance is near by so there is the whole LA traffic but overall once you get the timing right its bareable.
