Good area, sometimes noisy because of neighbors.

Moved in August of 2023, it has been good so far. Parking on the street is very annoying, as you have to circle around a lot. The garages are $150 per month with very small space, so only smaller cars fit. It can get hot without AC sometimes but it's fine if you open the windows. The washer/drier though nice to have, always breaks and doesn't do the best job.
