1128 Temple Ave. Student Apartments

I was looking for other apartments to move because it is sometimes noisy around the apartment, but I realized that it is the best option for me in terms of furniture designed for students and the rent including water and gas.

I arrived at my apartment three days ago. The room and furniture are clean and huge and are better than I imagined from the pictures on the website. However, I am concerned that the laundry room has just one washer and dryer, and they are not working now. Also, the apartment's front door cannot be opened from the inside. These should be maintained because they affect all residents living in the apartment. I enjoy cooking with my roommates, watching movies on big TV, and putting decorations on the room. Though I am a three-day resident, I am so glad to move into this apartment.

No one answers their emails. My sink has been broken for almost 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me or my roommate. we have emailed and sent maintenance requests MULTIPLE times and still nothing. I also have been asking for a mail key and i havent got one yet.
