Pick in this area is available by Circuit and it is easy to get to all areas of the East Village and Downtown Long Beach. Cal State Long Beach students would find themselves a 15 minute drive and easy access to transportation. Belmont Shore also is only 2 miles down the road. Pets are welcome with an additional monthly pet rent. Utilities are not included as we use Ratio Utility Billing for water and sewage. Street parking only but a garage or open space is available for an extra fee. This is a non-smoking building. Income, rent verification and credit check ($40 fee) will be required. 700+ credit is required. Garage + Parking Spot is available for an additional fee per month.
