Hello I have been a resident here at University Palms going into I want to say my fourth month and I want to say that I've been very happy here it's nice and quiet with the exception of the train or whatever goes by but that's out of our control but the property is self is very nice it's a nice area of keep it's good and the manager flor is amazing she is very understanding and patient and always professional and moving can be stressful and overwhelming but the process ms flor makes the process less overwhelming I would like to say that she makes herself available if there's any issues on the property if we need to speak for her regarding anything she does respond back and overall she's a great manager very professional and a pleasure always

I'm am so grateful for my manager Flor Sanchez. Last night I was locked out of my apartment, I had no idea how I was going to get it without a locksmith who had me waiting much longer than stated. I called Flor for help at the last minute and she came without hesitation. It was really a blessing and I truly appreciate her kindness, consideration and professionalism. There was also another gentleman who assisted, I don't remember his name, but he also does a great job of keeping our apartment complex clean. Thank you!

Apartments are nice inside. Amaneties are not that great parking is expensive / month. Theres been a water leak hitting my car for month now when i park under the garage. Train noise is really loud but for the price its alright. Alot of opnions in this price range. Atleast its east to pay rent online

Nice neighorhood, shopping center close by, really quiet area. Awesome staff for example Flor is really hands on and quick with any maintnance request.

Its Nice area,no real problems here. Its calm only thing i would say is a downfall is the train that passes by and washing machines full of pet hairs. Other than that the apartment is nice and parking works.
