I've lived all over the Inland empire, and this is the first place that I've ever lived at that charged for parking spaces. I think that that is ridiculous especially for seniors. Most of us are on a fixed income and $40 for a carport is very expensive. I don't think there should be any charge for the parking

We fell in love with the property at first sight. This is a very well maintained property and all of the staff and residents so far have been great. Beware though if they offer you a special because you almost have to jump on it on the spot or its gone. That's what happened to us anyway. Our neighbors upstairs are extremely noisy as is the street that backs up to our property. You will have to get used to heavy traffic and ambulances all day and night. If you can get used to that the rent is comparable to what is around here. We have yet to use the amenities because we are still new but there are also planned activities that i plan to partake in and i think it is an overall great place to be at 60.
