The space overall is cute and very cozy. There's a lot to be desired though. Definitely could use a remodel and have everything inside brought up to a more modernized look and feel. Limited amenities.

I've lived here for a little bit now and while the location is great and the space is well enough there's definitely downside. No dishwasher, a dated wall ac unit in only one room and a wall heater that needs a lot of work. This place could be immensely better if given the opportunity to be, but until then it'll just be okay.
