We appreciate our cozy, no - fuss, studio apartment at 101 W Locust St. Within walking distance to local favorite restaurants, services and transportation.

Location is great in the downtown area. Quiet and safe. My college daughter came and went a lot at night and she never had a problem Steve was great upon our move in, and although we had 2 maintenance issues early on in our move, he was quick to keep care of them. Diverse group of residence - those that are social are friendly, and many are respectful and go about doing their own thing. I would recommend these apartments.

Location is great but rent is high for the quality and size of apartments. Very outdated, noisy neighbors, and some “creepy” neighbors
