I've lived here since February. The unit and complex itself is nice, but they've only fixed 2 out of 10 things that needed fixing since I've been here. Every time I go to the leasing office, no one is there. I have submitted numerous maintenance requests (the same problems, but just different levels of urgency), USING THIS APP, and for some reason, they are not getting the requests. For some reason, I still have an outstanding balance even though I paid all my dues when I first moved in (that one is not the leasing office's fault, thats on THIS APP). This place would be perfect if they wouldn't have everyone in the leasing office take their breaks at the same time, and if all the MINOR things that need fixing, actually got fixed.
