Do Better Pottery

Tenants are no respectful of the living quarters, they leave their trash outside of their door, place miscellaneous items on their balcony ledges, children run up and down the stairs to name a few. As well as management being highly incompetent, if you have a maintenance issue good luck on getting it fixed either in a timely manner or at all.

Reasonable Rent

Noise levels are insane, parking lot is difficult to access due to residents and children, landscaping dead and full of dog poop, common areas filthy and used as storage, laundry rooms broken.

Nice affordable housing

Nice affordable units unfortunately tenants damage and litter all exteriors of buildings, landscaping and parking areas. Children and adults congregate in parking lots causing parking issues and property damage.
