Expensive

Fine enough living arrangement, fine enough people, fine enough location. The price is not fine. 2k is waaay too much for a one bedroom/one bathroom like this. Especially with all of the maintenance requests we've had to make. Would not recommend this unit for this price.

The new management is great...they work hard fixing and maintaining the complex...Rachel, Jacqueline, and David are great...the gym is great...and lockers for deliveries...
